The app was adopted to a far greater extent than was anticipated, with more downloads, more in-app conversations, and more time spent in the app. Despite some third-party integration issues, Addevice was a consistent and passionate team. They were available 24/7 and met very aggressive deadlines.

In today's world of increased outsourcing, and the lowering of barriers to online collaboration, every company can see the benefit of lower cost choices. The biggest problem in deciding between in-house /local solutions and overseas low-cost base solutions is the price/quality dilemma.We know that we can get high quality close to home, but the price tag might be unaffordable to a small business or make us uncompetitive in the market. By dealing with low-cost providers, the budget is affordable, but can the outsourcers get the job done? I've been dealing with AIST Global consistently for almost three years now, and feel that I've got a 'best of both worlds' supplier. They can compete on price with all bona fide agencies worldwide. The quality of work varies, since there AIST Global has a team with varying skillsets and experience levels (just like in all companies).The reason why AIST offer a great price/quality solution is that if something is wrong, or buggy, it gets passed up the experience chain. At the top is the bossman Hrayr, who would earn a fortune in Silicon Valley, but seems to prefer working crazy hours building a team. As a long-term customer, I can pretty much go to Hrayr 24/7 and he usually solves problems in real time. That's extremely rare in a CEO.

Macadamian has been a dependable vendor for Clever Devices since 2016. We originally approached Macadamian to help us with a development project with an aggressive schedule that we could not adequately staff with current resources. This short-term project turned into a long-term valuable relationship that has grown based on our development needs. Over the years, Macadamian has augmented our development staff with a quality set of engineers and services. They are not a resource shop, but instead a software development company that can participate in the entire development process (concept, design, implementation and test). Macadamian's development staff has proven to be very flexible and a very good cultural fit for us. Their team members easily adapted to our Agile/Scrum process instead of asking us to conform to their development methodology. Their developers are also very easy to work with and well-liked by our internal development staff. We have found Macadamian's engineers to be very skilled and able to produce high-quality software. Macadamian brought to the table a team that was very well versed in our C#/.Net/Web technology stack and hit the ground running from day one which meant there was no need to train them on how to develop software. Macadamian developers are also very comfortable working remotely with our internal development teams. There was no productivity loss due to not being located in the same facility as our core teams. We have found team turn-over with Macadamian to be very low. This is a very important trait for us in a solid vendor. Training new developers on the application code-base is a very expensive undertaking. The low turn-over allows us to maximize on our time investment and has been key in our long-term relationship. Finally, Macadamian's sales staff has been a pleasure to work with over the years. They listen to our needs and have always been very accommodating with our requests. They are very professional and not looking to constantly upsell us on additional services. Overall, Macadamian is a pleasure to work and has proven to be a loyal and trusted vendor for Clever Devices.

We worked with Volo on our website redesign utilizing HTML CSS and Javascript and on the development of a mobile app prototype for ios, developed in the native language.Our experience was overall positive, the developers were highly trained and we had issues with communication and timeline.
