EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH 
Our briefingWe are a company from Amsterdam who work a lot with companies abroad. Our experience with EleganzIT was unfortunately one of the worst experiences we have ever had. A small insight into our briefing. We will supply a full design in XD and we need it to be made into a template. This project description seems quite simple, but unfortunately they we’re unable to supply the theme according to our design. The end result was rather website (not a template) which has been eyeballed on all aspects. 
Working together
Working with EleganzIT was rather stressful, frustrating and at times annoying. The projectmanagers they employ seem to be trained to quite down clients, and do not understand projects and cannot get them done. We had requested many times to speak to the CEO Prabhat Tyagi so that we could express our concerns. In the 4 months we worked with them we have received a couple of email responses form Prahat but never actually had a single phone call. He did not want to speak to us. Many excuses were made why we could not speak to each other. Aggression and shoutingWhen you express your concerns about the project they will get aggressive and shout at you over Skype. Do not listenEven though we have an agreement signed by ElegenzIT stating the exact specifications of the job, they will deny that this is the agreement. Even if you show them their email sent to us. It is rather unbelievable how they do this?Do not respond to questionsAlthough they think they respond to all questions we have taken a moment to go through our Skype messages to see how many items had not been responded to. We pointed out these items to them but they choose not to respond to us pointing these our nor bothering answering the initial questions. No Apologies We had arranged a fixed price and a find deadline, for dec 2019. This was not met and one of the managers Mark Smith told us that they we’re having problems with their developers and that they will not be working for them shortly. We had asked EleganzIT to take great care of the clients server and not to work on certain parts. We had explicitly told them this over Skype, Email and over the phone but 
instead of taking good care they deleted the clients server in full. We did not hear any regrets or apologies from EleganzIT. It was the fault of our client according to them and would not even apologies for their mistakes. Instead they charged us double to carry on with the project

RefundWe had agreed a full refund if they could not finish the project due to lak of experience or if the deadline was not met. Their experience was defiantly not up to par and the deadline in March 2020 was still not met. EleganzIT did not refund the money payed to them!In short why you should not work with EleganzIT- really bad communication- language barrer (not native speakers)- no respect for client- no adherence to deadline- no responsibility - rude and unprofessional- will not refund money even if you agree this upfront
Our advise 
DO NOT WORK WITH ELEGANZ IT!!!!!!Although they can convince you they they are good at what they do, their work speaks for itself. If anyone is considering working with this company please get in contact with me and I will be happy to point you to professional companies.

Jenna, Danish and the entire team know what they're doing and they have a knack for translating exactly what I want (and giving their amazing guidance) into a professional looking website - and ensuring it looks great on mobile too. Danish even got on the phone with me and taught me how to make small changes myself. Once, when my site went down, I reached out and they responded with lightening speed to figure out what the issue was (malicious hack - it was before I started using their hosting services!!) and get me back up and running! I hired Gecko in order to develop a mobile app. From the beginning, the team was great with communication and establishing targets and deliverables. I was working under a tight deadline, so the team respected that and diverted resources properly to make sure it was completed on time. I was impressed with all the groups, from the UI/UX, to backend, frontend, to designing logos, etc. The team was very professional and was patient with me, coming from a non-technical background and at times not knowing what is required. I hold a position in the R&D department as a Product Owner. My background is IT (hardware, software, networks, engineering, integration). For some years I have acted as Project Manager for IT projects .Our Company decided to expand our service offering adding a new core electronic service. The challenge was to create a scalable , extendable, robust responsive middleware and integrate the underlying technology with the upper public service layer.We have followed a typical RFP cycle for this project and Gecko Dynamics won the contract.During past 5 months, Gecko Dynamics has delivered the middleware and it has been pushed to production test successfully. We expect to go live with the service by the end of the year.The cooperation between the teams is excellent, Gecko Dynamics remains responsive and supportive during the pre-launch step, that in turn led to Phase 2 of this project (extension and additional features integration).In general, I was able to reach Gecko's Project Manager well out of office hours, something that I consider as invaluable when you are deploying a service. Sometimes you need that security from your technology partner.Over all the cooperation is excellent, the only note that i would made is about Documentation. They are supportive, responsive and will spend time with you but if you wish to follow strict Prince 2 principals on project closure you have to adapt their documentation and generate the Administration and Key User manuals.

We partnered with Gecko Dynamics because we needed to develop a domain registrar softwareand they seemed to have the closest understanding of the business and technical aspects ofsuch software. The domain registration industry has a very sophisticated requirements so weneeded a partner who can understand them and has a very deep technical knowledge. Theyshowed both in the initial meetings.After being contracted, Gecko Dynamics developed a custom platform from scratch in Java. Inaddition, they also provided business and technical analysis which potentially saved us a lot ofmoney as they indicated threats which we were not aware of. They also did the UI/UX design,testing and provided project management and maintenance as well. The platform turned out to besuccessful and it currently serves over 65,000 customers.What I appreciate most is that they were very thoughtful from the beginning, they didn’t leave thequestions unanswered and really showed a great attitude to really understand all high and low-level details. I found it very impressive because I’m in IT industry for 20 years already and I’vebeen working with many different software development companies, and with various results, butit was the first time I saw an external company caring that much. Sometimes I had a feeling likethey were caring about how to make the most optimal solutions more than me.After Phase 1, I decided that I want stay with this company for the next phases and for and otherprojects. They turned out to be a perfect mixture of attention, knowledge, cost and performance.They also communicated very well and I knew what was going on at every stage of the project,and if there were problems or issues they were always able to resolve it in a healthy-working wayfor both parties.I work with them for 12 years already and am very happy with everything they provided so far.

This is the worst software company ever!Here are some issues you will encounter if you are take a chance to work with them:1. They will tell you all the nice things you want to here to get the bid especially if you are going through Freelancer.2. They don't adhere to the contract and do whatever they want. In my case, there were items listed in the contract but they then came back saying its too much work and that they will need more money to do it.Two of my major modules that I needed done was not done.3. They will promise you timelines which never materialises. In my case, they promised me 45days but took over a year and still only delivered 50% of the site along with some malfunctions.4. All they care about it money and not the work.5. They switched developers and project managers on me about 6 times and they don't seem to communicate with each other. I constantly found myself repeating the same conversation about 100 times. I don't know if it due to language barier but I even created a google document to make the expectations clear but they didn't follow through.6. I have lost time, money and a lot of business opportunities because of their constant lies.7. They don't even test the product before handing it over. I found a lot of bugs even after what they delivered and they refuse to fix unless I pay them extra money which is extortion. They promised to provide support for 3mths after the project is done but they just flat out refuse because they need money.8. The CEO never returns e-mails or phone calls but he sent me just one e-mail with all these promises. The workers are disgruntled because he neer pays them on time which affects the way the do their work.WARNING!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS....IF GOOGLE ALLOWED ME TO RATE THEM 0, THAT'S WHAT THEY WILL GET.CROOKS!!!

We had a problematic/under maintained Django application that needed some care. We didn't have the in-house skills or capacity to do the work. Some web searching led us to Pieoneers. Why did we go with Pieoneers? They were easy to engage with, had the right skills, offered a good price, and had a local presence. The project went more or less to plan... The good: it got done reasonably to budget and schedule expectations - the assigned developer was quite good. The bad: We were surprised to send payments to Olena's house. But, it was in the middle of the pandemic! The unexpected: The developer was in Ukraine. We thought we were engaging a local resource. The updated industry changing solution tracks a buyer’s experience after visiting an open house or private appointment through an iPhone application, instantly reporting to the listing’s realtor/seller. It also emails individual reports and summary reports to the client.
