After closing our first VC round one of the main priorities was to develop the mobile app. Based on the recommendations we decided to work with Tapptitude. We hired Tapptitude to build ios and android apps to complete our real estate ecosystem. They took on an enormous project with gusto and made it shine by pre-emptively solving problems. While there are always learning curves, we found Tapptitude to be continually on-point and were impressed by how they took ownership of the project. FlyCleaners chose Tapptitude via an RFP process for an iOS and Android project to build our 2nd generation customer-facing app from scratch. The team's level of understanding of the requirements and the expectations on time and quality, along with their very interactive and thorough level of communication during the RFP put them ahead of even some other lower-cost alternatives. In the end the value was excellent and the project a success.Because of this, FlyCleaners has continued to go to Tapptitude for all our of iterative development and maintenance needs on that app as well as other front-end development efforts -- most of which are internally-facing apps and web-apps. They always give accurate time and cost estimates and work well with our in-house team to alert us of issues with our API or other concerns that could threaten project timelines or success. Because we are a small company and don't have time to work out detailed requirements documents, we are extremely happy that Tapptitude is able to achieve the project needs with a minimum amount of "paperwork", instead working to understand the requirements through VOIP calls, emails, and Slack chats, both up front and throughout the project when requirements are unclear. Tapptitude is one of the best firms I've ever worked with.

Macadamian has been a dependable vendor for Clever Devices since 2016. We originally approached Macadamian to help us with a development project with an aggressive schedule that we could not adequately staff with current resources. This short-term project turned into a long-term valuable relationship that has grown based on our development needs. Over the years, Macadamian has augmented our development staff with a quality set of engineers and services. They are not a resource shop, but instead a software development company that can participate in the entire development process (concept, design, implementation and test). Macadamian's development staff has proven to be very flexible and a very good cultural fit for us. Their team members easily adapted to our Agile/Scrum process instead of asking us to conform to their development methodology. Their developers are also very easy to work with and well-liked by our internal development staff. We have found Macadamian's engineers to be very skilled and able to produce high-quality software. Macadamian brought to the table a team that was very well versed in our C#/.Net/Web technology stack and hit the ground running from day one which meant there was no need to train them on how to develop software. Macadamian developers are also very comfortable working remotely with our internal development teams. There was no productivity loss due to not being located in the same facility as our core teams. We have found team turn-over with Macadamian to be very low. This is a very important trait for us in a solid vendor. Training new developers on the application code-base is a very expensive undertaking. The low turn-over allows us to maximize on our time investment and has been key in our long-term relationship. Finally, Macadamian's sales staff has been a pleasure to work with over the years. They listen to our needs and have always been very accommodating with our requests. They are very professional and not looking to constantly upsell us on additional services. Overall, Macadamian is a pleasure to work and has proven to be a loyal and trusted vendor for Clever Devices.

At Metabiota, we have partnered with Softvision as engineering and UI/UX resource vendor for software development. It has been overall a great journey so far. The resources can be fully managed by our in house engineering management. It is just like a remote engineering team, which adopts to our development process and architecture. The team has been able to grow self-organized with adequate level of mentorship and guidance from our engineering leadership. They have proven the ability of taking initiative to drive and deliver by meeting the expectation and timeline.The engineers staffed from Softvision have good education and working experience. They have good communication skills, very professional and good work ethic.Overall the turn over rate is still a bit higher than expected. Ramping up and ramping down does not experience huge overhead. The support from delivery manager and delivery director would be a key to success.Softvision also provides KPI measurement and review. This process helps to consistently monitor and improve the performance.

I’m the General Manager of one of the biggest natural stone Fabrique from Europe and we needed a Mobile App which allows our customers to explore different sorts of natural stone products in their virtual rooms, filled with their custom virtual furniture. The mobile app allowed every user to try out from hundreds of types of stone, and to check which one fits the best with the color of the furniture they have. We got really good feedback from our clients about the app, and we observed that the time of deciding which stone the clients will buy has noticeable decreased. Because of this, we could help more customers than in the past, and naturally, the orders increased, although the number of salesmen remained the same. It was a pleasure working with appssemble. Everything went smooth from making the specifications to actually building the app. Their experience with AR was is great and they pointed me in the right direction. The project was delivered in time and the budget was actually overestimated, which rarely happens. I definitely recommend them especially if you're building something in the AR/VR domain.
