We were trying out different Magento specialist from different countries like Germany, Poland and India. Often they were to expensive, the quality or communication was to bad.The next step was to try out Magento Developers from Ukraine. So we started to contact different company in Ukraine. We compared them with different factors. In the End we decided us for Soft-Loft, because they had reference shops that were working very good. So we asked for an offer.The new design which was offered was nice, just little changes were needed and they were done fast and professional. Some better than expected. The Project took a bit longer that expected, but we also hat additional Tasks for them, so that was fine for us.All tasks were done professional, the communication was in english over Email, Skypechat and Skypecalls. Overall everything was done fine and in a very good price-service-ratio. Good quality for a fair price. I was told by an SAP developer that we have very high quality standards in Germany. Even in website development and not everybody can serve that. He confirmed me that the work is done with a high quality.We are still working with Soft-Loft and adding new features to our Website. When we have an Idea they realize it.

1/2 We are DroiX and we have hired Soft-Loft to migrate our Products from Magento 1.9 to Magento 2 and apply and modify a theme (To match our brand look) we have already bought, add a few extensions and have our blog and how-to built-in. The idea was to make the platform look updated, and as we have already built an online platform ourselves with no developers or designers (Google it – it's the .net website) we have an idea how it should look and how much time/resources this would take, (Basically, porting only the products and installing a couple (3) extensions we have purchased) The start of a project is perfect (You are shown documentation, informed that you can track the work done via a git repo, you are being invited into a Slack channel where you get updates and an MVP is provided - everything seems to be going great, and you are under the false sense of security while you are being presented with the illusion that your money are well spent). You are being given an estimate of $40/Hour (Which is fair for the type of service they claim to provide/company they try to portray) However: The service, professionalism and the quality of work are similar to a $100-200 freelancer off any freelancing website. (Take your pick �� Your money will be better spent) As a “test build” we have hired a freelancer with the same Requirements Document and we have gotten the job Soft-Loft have done for $2900 for $250 Unlike any other standard “negative review” - We would like to assume part of the fault: We have believed their promise (Shown on the Company’s Profile) of “Hiring only the best Magento development experts, we offer a full 100% money back guarantee – if a provided solution doesn’t meet your quality standards, it doesn’t meet ours!” and fell for their illusion of a professional company/CEO, experienced developers, designers and project managers. The first part of a project with Soft-Loft is the MVP (Minimum Viable Product), where you will be providing, you’re a list of your requirements. Here is where our problems began without us even knowing. As an e-commerce company with over 7 years in the Business, we have cooperated with many developers, and whilst even a small team would understand that an MVP encompass a functional platform, Soft-Loft would disagree here. Soft-Loft takes the MVP verbatim (letter for letter disregarding any common-sense), and the outcome platform will be an MVP approximately 15% completed. Now, here it comes when we have brought it up to Petr Datsko (Their CEO) and another lot of issues arose Needless to say (As it has already been mentioned) - The professionalism is not in the discussion. Not that we are trying to march the “Client is always right” approach, but the rudeness with which we have been treated and the feeling of being cheated were very strong. He did not (After hours of communications – Again: Feel free to get in touch with us, we are willing to share our whole communications) even consider listening to us, and adamantly claimed that the way our money have been spent is not our problem, as long as they have completed a few points from the Requirement Document. On a closing note, after almost a month since we have gotten the website and thinking this through, we don’t want this review to come off as Desperate or as a cry for attention, we have made our peace that we won’t see the money and that we have wasted our time with this company. If you are searching for the company in the middle sector you should consider this one. They are obviously not the best, but they charge 2-3 times less than the best. Price tag is lower than most good US firms with the descent final product. Guess the reason is they’re young agency on big market.

We hired Computools to develop Phase I of a product, a map-based software system. They did an excellent job, so we decided to use them on a more technically-challenging Phase II. The system is of an IoT-type, working with the IP cameras. Even though this field was relatively new to the developers, they came up with a very reasonable estimate and then adhered to it during the development cycle. The group was led by a senior developer who was not only technically very good but also very responsive and available at any time. We were very satisfied with the results and plan to continue using Computools.

We worked with Softengi on two projects - a web platform that serves as a storage for people's MRI and CT scans, and a mobile app which is curated matchmaking service for users and local businesses. When developing a web platform for the first project, we had a very positive experience with Softengi - they were organized and successfully created a great final product which fully met our expectations. On the second project, they realized the ideas of the management into a working MVP, which was a mobile app available on iOS and Android. The second experience working with Softengi was somewhat less satisfactory. On one side, they did develop the app, the high architecture and the SRS, they fully developed an app from scratch. On the other side, they were not well organized, not as efficient and were not meeting set deadlines. To sum up, we consider the experience of working with Softengi as satisfactory

We were aiming to create a website and considering outsourcing as the way to do it. But, eventually, we became interested in outstaffing. We had a clear vision of what we wanted to achieve and thought there was no need to outsource the full project to a third-party company. We just needed a developer to do a scope of work. So TrendLine Global found an excellent web developer for us. It was more reliable model of hiring than freelance one (because the developer is employed by a reputable company), but cheaper than outsourcing.

If I had to use one word to describe my experience with Brights, it would be "overdeliver." From initial exploratory conversations all the way through launch, the Brights team consistently overdelivered. During exploratory conversations, the Brights team provided insights that other developers had not. This indicated a very high level of engagement from very early on in the process, and the level of engagement remained extremely high throughout the entire process. During development, the Brights developers were asking questions and making recommendations that further demonstrated a very high level of engagement. In between weekly meetings, Brights was in constant (but not over-the-top) communication. Working with Brights was as close to having our own internal development team without actually having our own internal development team.
