Auxano Global Services did a good job on both our mobile and web development. They were very professional and respectful. Despite the time difference, Aakash (their Operation Head) was always fast to respond. We did have a few miscommunications on the way which have cause delays within the project. Overall, it was a relatively pleasant experience for us.

The client is an individual who wanted to develop a quiz type gaming mobile application for Android & iOS platforms based on the content of the music played. The user can interact with the story of the music and then they try to determine the song portrayed in the story. They have to listen to the story carefully and based on that they should be able to judge the song. The client highly appreciates Auxano Global Services for the proactive approach in understanding their requirements and developing the applications exactly the way they wanted. Their technical skills, timeliness, customer support services were commendable and extremely recommendable.

Our business has worked closely with WPWeb for more than a year. Their developers have completed two websites for us, both utilizing Wordpress and Easy Digital Downloads. They have done a good job on both and we are pleased with their quick turn around time. The websites are being continuously updated and revised, and WPWeb always figures out a way to implement our frequently complicated requests. Everything is coordinated through a dedicated project manager, and that project manager is our point of contact for any changes or revisions. Our project managers have all been well organized and good communicators. If there were ever any unclear issues it was easy to jump on a Skype call to make sure we were all on the same page. We are pleased to be working with WPWeb and will continue to do so.

During this process, the support team patiently guided me in what I needed to do and know. Despite having more questions and requests for the plugin, the support team patiently tended to all my queries in an unwavering and friendly manner. I signed up for Launchpeer hoping to get advice/consultation for a new app I am launching. I was very hesitant to pay $1000 for the sign up so I sent an e-mail about my concerns and was promised individual coaching along with group coaching and a video series. The facebook group coaching is completely worthless as the content is basic elementary concepts that you can get even better from other Youtube videos. There were so many unsatisfied clients that Launchpeer closed all comments to their YouTube infomercial titled " Why Choose Launchpeer." That tells you all you need to know about the incredibly poor education and support you get from Launchpeer. I called after 2 weeks to request a refund, but Jake Hare the owner of Launchpeer made it very clear to me that they absolutely do not stand behind their work or content and there are no circumstances under which they give a refund even though they promise one on one coaching, but provide none. I am thrilled I only got cheated out of $1000 by Launchpeer as opposed to the dozens of of clients that made the bigger mistake of hiring Launchpeer to do the programming of their apps and were greatly disappointed. Jake is the most dishonest owner of a company I have ever worked with to date. Launchpeer could care less about your app or the problem you are trying to solve. They created multiple marketing funnels to cheat people out of $1000 for joining and if you are dumb enough to continue they will hit you with a huge bill to do a poor job on your app. I write this review to save those of you out there that are considering anything to do with Launchpeer. Run from this dishonest company. They are a marketing scam using your dream of creating an app to take full advantage of you. Don't fall for it.
