If I was offered a full refund in return for cancelling this project and them keeping the resulting project I would of taken it in a heart beat.I WOULD NOT recommend these to anyone. They try to upsell at any given opportunity.Firstly DON’T sign a custom deal. They're exempt from money back guarantees in the terms of service. Dirty.I had a semi-complex requirement and was offered the world. It seemed great at first.Initially the designs were agreed and it took that long for anything to progress that by the time came to move a stage of development the market had shifted and I required a redesign or new features adding.A couple of costing calculators were required to which only one ended up working and had to sacrifice some products due to their inability to produce my desired requirement.They're working so slow and lack of communication is always apparent.Initially when receiving the designs and site content I was severely underwhelmed. Poor quality stock images, terrible design work and content that was a few lines of terrible SEO. Unbelievable rip off.I ended up doing a design myself and rewriting content myself. So I paid for nothing. Never offered a refund for this.There are not even any meta tags, Title or Description within the content of the site. When I asked for it to be added it took a week. At which point I googled how to do it myself and did it in 5 minutes.The site quickly showed Slow with progress. Its my business and project and so I am very particular with what I wanted. As any one should beI was promised a 9-12 week turn around.Well. Its been 13 months. And I have just finally received my website. Not in a fully functioning capacity though. I asked for the final bugs to be fixed and I've been ghosted!Some of the payment gateways were not completed to a go live status and left on sandbox environment. Upon asking if we are ready to go live I said yes. Implying I hope that they have altered any setting required. Which they hadn't. I then spent a further 4 weeks trying to bleed answers out of a brick wall to find solutions.Any issues they came into were passed on to me to find solutions as I knew if I left it with them it would only add an additional month on to the time line of the project.1. The site took that long to develop the market evolved and I was again behind the curve of this change. This meant changes had to be made by myself to keep up with the trends. Nearly a whole redesign.2. I essentially had to do work for them by submitting website designs and content. Although included in my package. To which I was never offered a refund for.3. A handful of account managers which changed the project to their liking and no hand over at all. Often shifted out of my requirement.4. Countless spelling mistakes and grammatical errors in content.5. Something would be changed and then something else would be changed to be different. Like they were trying to drag out the work as long as possible.6. I've spent money on a domain and applications to be embedded into the site currently being paid for over the last year without generating a return on investment.7. 13 months into the project and 0% ROI. ive missed some major opportunities for launch within my market and frankly regret choosing webprohub at all.I regret ever starting this project and more so choosing this company. if I could turn back time I wouldn't of started this venture at all.I was asked to leave a review mid way through the project which of course I didn't Do. Make sure you leave your review after getting all the required components of your site handed over to you upon delivery.
