Zibtek helped develop or Administration portal. Our current team kept running into blockers and didn't see any real improvement. We brought Zibtek in originally to provide support for our current development team and fix up little bugs here and there. We quickly realized we could utilize their support more and started having them build out new features for the Admin portal.

We own an escape room. Bryan Davies at Disruptive Advertising has handled our Google Ads account for several years. They are a great company. Bryan is fantastic. Has done many creative things to track calls from ads, re-targeting ad campaigns, tracking ROI, etc. Bookings have steadily increased over the time he has been handling our account. They were very flexible during Covid and let me suspend for a few months when we were shut down. I highly recommend!

We reached RubyGarage as we needed a reliable and skilled technology agency to help work with our third-party client. RubyGarage stood amongst other providers out with the questions they asked to understand the idea and the fundamentals of our business. I've worked with Big Leap at several different companies, small companies (think Ma & Pa) to multi-billion dollars. Their service level and their competencies in digital marketing are unequalled. The way that they built our website gives us less control than expected. Also, they pretty much own the website instead of the other way around. We have to get them to do things for us. They have been sensitive to our timeline at times but also have taken a lot of time in others.

Blackridge Software took on my project and then refused to finish and maintain it. I learned after a long time that the code they wrote was extremely unreliable. I had to have the entire site rebuilt a year later. The cost of the Blackridge site was literally 4 times more expensive than the new site and the new site works much better. So they are not only unreliable, they are far overpriced. I learned they can't be trusted and the quality of the work is not good enough.

Travis didn't really do anything I asked for. I never felt like I had someone on my side, and I got screwed over on my divorce. The one thing Travis did do for me was chose a great mediator. I would not recommend Travis to anyone. He will do as little as possible and doesn't care. They are, however really great with making payment arrangements, are patient with late payments and are generally decent to work with. Although hey aren't really helpful, they were some what affordable.

After having 2 hot tub stuck at Corletts I ended up paying my own shipper to PU and deliver the spas. Corletts was no help at all. Very disappointing
