Having a baby when your husband flies around the world for a living left me with this little person who relied on me for everything and he didn't come with a manual! 90% of the childrens bedtimes came down to me, along with the nights and the early starts. After a few months of this, I felt totally fatigued, lonely and desperate for sleep. Without sleep, I was miserable, emotional, irrational and about to eat my way into a chocolate coma. Sound familiar? It wasnt good. I realised early on that for me to get any sleep, my childrens sleep needed to become a priority.
My approach is unique because of the strong focus on emotional wellness and sleep science. We dont use sleep training tools until we have the basics in-place. Sometimes, this alone is enough to help struggling families. Everything we do is gentle, supportive and in the best interest of you and your child. Our approach is as unique as your little one!
