Our process for all projects that aim to nail the customer experience begin with the Eden Sprint Week. This process challenges assumptions and explores the art of the possible. The Sprint ends with a high-fidelity prototype that can be used for user testing, proving the concept, or for honing in the scope.

We also use EDXF, the Eden Digital Transformation Framework. The EDXF is a suite of microservices that act as the readymade backbone for every project. It allows us to kickstart projects, speed up delivery, and break the monolith. The EDXF can work with older legacy systems in a modern way or can be utilized by companies with new products that need a quick turnaround.

We use Agile Project Management to make sure projects always run smoothly, deliver on time and on budget. We provide weekly updates and show & tells, ensuring clients never feel out of the loop.
