Our experience with eTeam was terrific. From day 1, they excelled at delivering a high quality product for Bitcoin.com. Their project management skills and clear milestones, along with regularly scheduled meetings for both the project, in addition to demo days on progress made the entire experience a breeze. Communication was a clear and professional, and eTeam were very accommodating, working with three different timezones. The level of quality of engineering we received from their team was superb. We rely on eTeam primarily for critical devops R&D and infrastructure modernization efforts. Communication and comprehension with the team has been excellent. Engineers are up-to-date on modern architectures and best practices, adaptable, quick studies, and have made consistent, rapid progress. Management is equally excellent as they've been exceedingly proactive in responding to situations, they are frequently checking-in with our team, staying atop the ongoing projects and progress, and they're ensuring our issue trackers reflect the current reality of our projects. They've augmented our team effortlessly, and without their added support, it would be very difficult for us to combat daily fires while simultaneously progressing towards new infrastructure.
