Happy Kids Yoga

Happy Kids Yoga at Home offers interactive yoga sessions so that your children can connect with me and practice yoga at home. The tools and techniques I teach are incredibly effective for maintaining calm, happy children, and whether you come to my school-based sessions or not this service is open to you as of now. Anxiety could be higher than normal with the uncertainty of whats going on and Im designing my sessions for kids of all ages to enjoy at home. I want to help you put this time to positive use by helping your children learn new skills that they can apply to all areas of their life. Happy kids = happy parents and vice versa.
