Welcome to the Software Engineering Competence Centre (SECC), a leading provider of services to enhance technical competence and improve internal capabilities for ICT companies. SECC was established in June 2001 under the auspices of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to support the Information Technology industry in Egypt. In 2005, SECC became affiliated with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), a government organization focused on developing the IT industry in Egypt.
