Vertec IT Solutions Pvt Ltd was introduced as a sub department of Vertec International Pvt Ltd. Vertec International is a subsidiary of Vertec Group Established in the year of 1999, by Founder/Chairman, M.P.T Cooray, Former Deputy Director General of the BOI and is currently being executed under the supervision of T. Ravi Egodavitharana(CEO/Director), H M Kapukotuwa(Director), D.I. Egodavitharana(Director), R S T Cooray(Shareholder), M.A.N.M. Marasinghe (Shareholder), M S Punchihewa(Shareholder), Vertec International is based with the intent of producing new organizations belonging to diversified fields of service, nurturing them as sub departments until they are firmly established as separate entities. Up to now, Vertec International has produced, under the guidance of Ravi Egodavitharana, who started out as a specified officer for IBSL; various departments and independent companies including Vertec Insurance Brokers, a separate Foreign Employment department, Vertec Industrial Finance in the Real Estate Industry and department in Engineering going as Vertec Solar Engineering dealing with renewable energy, hardware and cctv solutions (formerly under Vertec IT Solutions)
