About Up FAQ

The FAQ extension from Abzer provides an option to add frequently asked questions and answers in category wise. For an e-commerce site FAQ is unavoidable and it brings trust in customers. Our extension is cable of handling common queries that customers want to ask you. An admin user or an authorized user can add multiple FAQs under each category. Also, it's possible to display on the frontend using the widget provided by the extension in category wise. If there are FAQs that cannot be categorized then you can choose the default category “Undefined” and extension allows you to display the category label as well. 

The widget allows you to add your FAQS on any CMS page and it provides the option to choose the categories that you want to be listed. Also, it's possible to show the label of the selected category on the frontend. The extension is very user-friendly and listing pages are capable of searching and sorting. The entry to access control list allows you to manage the FAQs from unauthorized users. Another main feature which the extension provides is the option to add custom CSS.  The custom CSS values allow you to style the FAQs as you wish. It's possible to add the sorting order for both category and FAQs come under each category. The FAQs will be displayed based on this sorting order against each category and categories as well. Both FAQs and Categories can be enabled or disabled from the admin side.

This extension will allow storing the order, invoice, shipment, and credit memo number in a meaningful way. While having multiple stores, sometimes it is required to have the invoices store wise, this extension helps you in solving this and turn your one-time customers into potential and loyal customers. Besides this, extensions solve many issues of the default Magento order number system and help in branding your store. Using this extension admin can easily manage the store order, invoices, shipment, credit order number system and help your customers and store owner to easily recognize the store orders.  The admin can simply change the Number Format, Counter Start From, Counter Increment By, Counter Padding, etc. for the order, invoice shipment, and memo from the system configuration. The admin has more ability to reset the counter either via the quick Ajax button or by the CRON job that will help the admin to reset the numbers automatically based on the time he set. After making the setting changed when the customer will place the order, the extension will automatically generate the order number based on the format admin has set in the backend. The number format will work on both the frontend and backend created orders. The same number of format settings will work for the invoice, shipment, credit memo, as soon as the admin will create the invoice, the extension will generate the invoice number based on the number format he has set in the backend. Digital signatures are like electronic “fingerprints.” In the form of a coded message, the digital signature securely associates a signer with a document in a recorded transaction. Digital signatures use a standard way to provide the highest levels of security and universal acceptance. They are a specific signature technology implementation of the digital signature. In many countries, including the United States, digital signatures are considered legally binding in the same way as traditional document signatures. Digital signatures can provide the added assurances of evidence of origin, identity, and status of an electronic document, transaction, or message and can acknowledge informed consent by the signer. As an example, at the checkout page before hitting the place order, Jane signs create a digital sign by simply moving the mouse. The buyer and shop owner receives the order with an impression of Jane’s digital signature and then considered a valid order placed by the Jane’s and simply help in making sure the order is authorized and not valid for the unauthorized chargeback. The Admin can also allow the customer to enter or draw a digital signature on checkout. The customer can either signature by simply enter the name and extension will automatically make it digitally signed or can draw his signature. There is no equipment required to get this done. It helps to find your order and your royal customer securely.   Features Frontend Digital Signature The customer has an area at checkout where he can enter his name and extension will automatically generate a digital signature.
