Adding documents such as PDF Invoice, Shipment, Credit Memo, Terms, and Conditions, ...in sales emails is a simple way to inform customers about the buying process. However, you cannot do this in Magento 2 default settings. Luckily, Email Attachments can help. This extension lets you automatically attach multiple files and file types in your sales emails. 

You can set up automatic attachments in sales emails. Plus, you can also add multiple additional documents. With separated settings for 4 types of common emails: Order, Invoice, Shipment, Credit Memo, you can config differently for each of them. Email Attachments support at least 7 format types.
