Currently, Magento doesn't allow you to cancel an order from the front end. Admins can only mark them as "canceled" from the backend. This extension allows customers to cancel any pending order and they can also add their comment or reason for the cancellation of that particular order from the website.
When you use this extension for Magento 2, it will add a "Cancel Order" option in My Account, My order, and Order Details page. If a user wants to cancel an order (only pending order). A notification e-mail will be sent to the admin about the cancellation of an order. Store owners also have the ability to disable the "Cancel Order" button after a particular time of order placed. In configuration setting Store Owner can manage time as per convenient time interval.

If you want to disable "Cancel Order" after 2hr of order placement. Then you fill "0:2:0:0" inside the "Time limit for customer order cancellation" in the configuration setting. "0:2:0:0" means "Day:Hour:Minute:Second".
