Using Usersnap I can understand everything much faster and get automatically the data I need: for example, browser version, screen size and more important parameters without asking them via email or skype.
The magic happens through annotated screenshots of the current browser content and simple delivery directly to the the place where they belong: the bug tracker or the project management tool or even e-mail.
You can now escape the endless discussions with the client or the PM on how red the second button to be or … [put your favourite ping-pong conversation]

Great idea… but $70/mnth is too much for when we might get… 20 snaps a month.
Plus, it won’t work with embedded content ???? I thought it snapped an image of the browser window, but apparently not ????
If they offered a ‘per snap’ option… or the ability to buy ‘credits’, it would be usable for anyone other than a big company.

It’s great to see it in the repository. I’ve been using the Pro version since early 2019 and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Userback and the Userback support team. They were quick to respond and were able to clarify several things for me. The ability to add client roles has expanded my use for it. Getting feedback from the end-user through Userback has been extremely helpful as well.
I will say that development for the Userback plugin hasn’t been very active. But then again, I haven’t had any issues with incompatibility, performance issues, or any particular bugs.

Well made plugin, does its job perfectly, but it’s missing free plan.
It helps to quickly create pop-ups with disclaimers that appear when the website is opened. You can control many graphic parts of the popup, and you can also decide how many days the cookie is valid, before being requested again for the popup. As of today, all sites should get their users to accept their terms via a disclaimer when it comes to the use of your website and the information it contains, to avoid being sued or taken to court for anything happened due to problems with their website. This plugin is designed for all those sites that need to accept the conditions of use, limitations or declare the exclusion of liability at the first access to the site of all visitors, such as sites with material aimed at medical scientific personnel, sites that treat adult products (alcohol), sites dealing with financial products, etc. Disclaimer Popup is a free plugin that’s quick and easy to use. It will help you to quickly create a popup where you can show a disclaimer complete with texts and images, and where there is the possibility to show up to 2 buttons (one to accept and one to reject the conditions). Disclaimer Popup is completely customizable: you can choose the colors and size of the popup, as well as the days of validity of the cookies. I needed a plugin to quickly create a popup for age acceptance. Fast and lightweight. I was surprised by the cookie duration management. I recommend it!
