Due to being so lightweight, flexible, and functional — this gets 5 stars. The documentation leaves a bit to be desired but gave enough information for me to figure it all out. Thanks so much for your hard work on this!

Suggestions for improvements

• Pre-package sample form templates in the plugin directory /plugindir/lib/templates/forms.
• Built-in “templates editor”, if possible allow Elementor templates.
• Improve sample PDF template by automatically using site logo in PDF header.

I have been struggling with this error since last 2-3 days. Have checked by putting the ‘Form’ folder from hosting root/WP root to approximately every folder but the page is unable to find the form page. The error I’m getting is
“Form Template not found. form/.html”

My form is inside a “form” folder and setting points to ‘Form’ folder.. Design template is inside default ‘Template’ folder which comes with the plugin.

Please help me in deciding where should I put my forms and templates to let it work correctly.

A very powerful and easy to use plugin. I look forward to using it more and more over time. The free version will give you the experience to test it out. I purchased the mid range plugin in order to get more out of it. Highly recommend this plugin.

Really simple to use, with literally zero coding. Plugin requires dbBee account, but building a project was also simple and easy, with few mouse clicks and drag and drops.
I did not find any other similar solution for publishing custom data (I used Excel sheet).

This plugin shows an error in the only admin page of it. The plugin needs a paid software for functioning with 30 days trial. But the software website is complicated and you can’t find any way to try or test software. You can download the software but can’t use it, just like the plugin itself… Waste of time

The Excel plugin causes Excel to crash every time you use it. The WordPress plugin causes 403 errors. When you contact customer support, expect a delayed response with a message that does not address your concerns. They’ll simply claim no other users reported a problem and won’t engage with you to understand the problem. Or, they’ll provide generic feedback for some unrelated problem.

While the result is cool when it works, I invested SEVERAL hours building Excel templates and working with both of their plugins to make it work. In the end, it was wasted time and money when I ran into issues and could not get any help.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this app.

As its name, the plugin works out just great, a few minutes of available selections, then boom! you get what you need.

Would like to ask for a tiny feature update, please include unicode text format export.

This plugin is very intuitive to use and can do anything I need. WP All Export couldn’t export the fields I needed, this plugin can. You can even export and download your customized export with a URL without even logging into the backend. It works fine with the current version of WordPress.

If there were a Pro version that allowed you to have multiple custom exports set up and accessible by a URL, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Tip: you may need to change the default csv separator to a comma in the settings.

Works great! Custom taxonomy upload isn’t working however.

Not working, no custom-fields, no categories, nothing… just a name and a description. On to next one….

This plugin is very unique and magically displays all the content (text, figure, chart, table, etc) of a word file, along with all of its formatting, on your webpage.

Icing on the cake is the support. I wanted to use ms-word files having chemical formulae inserted using chem4word add-in package for ms-word, but it couldn’t display them. I contacted them in Suport Forum and they took up the issue promptely. Within few days, Eduwardo provided the patch and its working now. And hopefully WordPress community is going to get this feature in next update of the plugin(currently plugin version is 1.5).

A very usefull plugin and user friendly.

Plugin has a bug that prevents the actual document from loading on the webpage unless the end-user’s internet is super fast. Meaning, sometimes you’ll load a page and say, “Wait, where’s the document that’s supposed to be here?” Then you refresh the page once or twice and the document appears. So for people coming to your site, it leaves a bad impression. Only way around this is to mandatory add the Download File button to each page, so if the file doesn’t load on the screen, at least the end-user will see the download button and can access the file that way. However this means you now need to make all your files downloadable to everyone coming to your site. Now, as of August 2020, when I went to add a new document, all of a sudden you can’t add a Download button unless you PAY THEM $15. Little parsimonious weasels. I have so many embedded docs on my site that I just paid because it’s not worth my TIME to reconfigure everything. Wouldn’t have bothered leaving a review, but the sudden desire to charge people for BASIC features (not even anything special) opens you up to getting slammed. Take your 15 dollars. And your one star.

Te first embedder that works from the start. I like the download button that goes wih it and the fact tkhat you can embed external documents. Furthermore it’s lightweigt, not bloated as many competitiors are.

This must be a new product. I love the concept and really need it to work but so far lots of problems.

A new revision has been announced but the standard notice and plug-in rev upgrade do not work. The author directs us to a menu item to correct this but the menu item doesn’t exist.

From little things like the sound doesn’t work in the example video, the ATP code “whatever that is” wasn’t included with the receipt and only came after I requested it. Other bigger problems like upload problems that the author blames on “internal server error”. No instructions. Image field is not uploading missing. Author directs up to an image import option that doesn’t exist.

Before uploading I deleted several products. However, after an upload, all products previously deleted return. Delete them again, upload a file and the same thing happens. Just like Ground Hog day.

This product is not ready for prime time. Support is slow and frankly there are just too many problems to bother with.

This plugin is something else. Plain and simple. I just wish it could integrate with groups (plugin), allowing the exportation by user groups.

I installed the plugin and it has made a huge difference in my output files, no more converting an excel on my own after the fact. Can’t wait for the pro version!
And Support is just Awesome. In this day and age great support is crucial,
The Gravity Forms Entries in Excel team have gone above and beyond for sure.

I’ve just tested this plugin, I can easily say that it’s awesome and no one has preceeded it with its functionality, I’ve had a little question and the support replied in less than 1 hour and I’m using the free version, thanks Devs.

This plug in works very well indeed. I had a couple of issues with the free version which were quickly resolved by the support team. Only disadvantage is that Mac O/S is not supported. The Enterprise version apparently has alerts – would be good to see some pricing options for individual users that included features like this.

Works great apart from the formatting of the export, all form sections are imported into a single cell, not ideal.

Predictably after 8 years it no longer works.
But OMG why isn’t this a core feature of Jetpack forms already? This is a totally useful thing, thanks for trying.

Gives this error message:

Sorry something went wrong,
either you don’t have any results
or you don’t have Jetpack installed.
Double check you have both of these and try again.
