In need of establishment and maintenance of the phone systems, we were searching for a software developer able to build the custom solution to support call queues, IVRs, outbound dialing, monitoring and reporting. We found out that Bamboo Agile had an experience of setting up contact centers and IP telephony and consequently enquired their services. Bamboo Agile provided custom development in Asterisk, covering custom queue, encrypted connection channels, outbound dialing, IVR, billing, voice to text and some other features. They wrote AGI scripts, integrated the system with mobile operators and created the repository of calls, calls statistics and 10-year history and reports for our monitoring and control. After the completion of the development process, they kept updating the system in accordance with our upcoming requests. We didn't expect that the system's development would take so little time since when received other offers, noticed that the estimated timelines were much longer there in comparison to what'd been promised by Bamboo Agile. My role in this company is head of business.Riseapp took over after our previous developers to continue development on the mobile app version of Happens. Riseappss have also built a new backend for us, as well as a web-application for our service. Our initial goal was to do some changes in development on our app, but due to good service we continued using Riseapps for further development. Our company did a comprehensive search to find high quality developers for a good price. We made a listing on Upwork and interviewed five potential vendors before choosing Riseapps.Our mobile app is written in React native, so we hired Whatsapp for their expertise on React programming. We wanted to develop basic functionality such as interactive program features and interactive map features. We also have strict criterias for design and responsive interaction on our app, which was met by Riseapps.Riseapps have a very large team with different expertise. We were assigned a team of five people, one python-expert for backend, one react native developer for frontend, one react developer for web-application, one UX designer and one project manager.The mobile app “Happens – all events in Norway” is available on Appstore and Google play. The web-application is available on www.happens.hostThe workflow has been very effective. We’ve been using Slack, and the response-time there have never been more than an hour as far as I can remember, and we’ve been sharing thousands of messages. I think Riseapps is a very serious and professionally driven company. The management have impressed my with very good structure, ability to make very detailed plans, and discover edge cases did we didn’t see ourselves. They also offer very clean designs, and very responsive applications which creates a good feel and experience for the user. The only thing that was not perfect was that we went a bit over budget. It’s a shared blame, as things got more complicated than firstly planned, and from working on several software development project I also know how normal this is. It’s also a natural consequence of working hourly in stead of having a fixed price, so I’m not sure if its possible to improve. Our experience with Riseapps have been more or less perfect. I would highly recommend and will most definitely use them again.

We ordered Trilight Security an external penetration testing and decided to go for the blackbox model of penetration imitating realistic attack. Trilight Security was unaware of our IT infrastructure and was asked to examine the level of protection of our external gateway, VPN concentrator etc. The testing was necessary, in particular, to meet requirements of the state IT policy. We were provided with detailed report on results of penetration testing with useful and actionable information about vulnerabilities, level of criticality of each issue and possible solutions to them. We considered all recommendations and implemented majority of them.

We were looking for a cybersecurity company able to develop and implement a cybersecurity management program covering all needs for protection of our clients' data and our productive IT systems. Also we asked to implement a back up and archiving solution. We searched for cybersecurity companies on different resources in relative vicinity, with focus on those working with SMB. Trilight Security was shortlisted, and we sent them and other contenders requests for proposals and entered into communications. Interaction with them was most convincing in terms of offered solutions and price. As agreed they implemented an anti-virus solution, VPNs for remote workers and secured our resources from DDoS-attacks and implemented identity management solution to increase overall security and manage access to our proprietary information. They also implemented a basic backup solution which totally suits our needs.

As you probably know, there is an endless pool of outsourcing services companies out there. While you definitely can conduct a "race to the bottom" around price, there are other equally-important criteria to consider.When augmenting our own R&D, the ability to trust who we work with on our IP (read: business) is paramount - and in that 8allocate never failed us. We knew that they will work should-to-shoulder with us, and if & when there was a problem, they would own it and see that it is resolved. Everyone we worked with, from the top down, was nice, helpful, and cared about our joint success. I have personally recommended them to multiple fellow founders, and will continue to do so.
