Over a year and a half ago, I started working with Xicom and things started off bumpy. I had one project manager who was young and incompetent who was fired thank God. I was worried things were never going to get completed in my application. The next manager they assigned Arshit Abrol came in like train. He had the development team whipped into shame in no time and I started recieving uodates with actual meat on their bones. My dream was taking shape but was not yet completed. Arshit then left the company for other ventures and then Gourav came on the scene. Young, ambitious and driven, Gourav also had the tenacity needed to get the app in full swing and happily I type this saying my app is just a few short weeks from being released. I won't lie and say it's all sunshine and rainbows. You are dealing with devlopers. You are almost dealing with robots. In yout mind you think saying "in the app you should be able to add friends, there should be a friends section" and that would translate into what we all know as friends section, the ability to add and block all that. The developers made a very basic here ya go where you could literally access anyone who was in the datebase. Things like that you'll be a very big part of. Accept yourself as an important member of the team and provide them with your vision and you'll leave happy.

My Bridge Tools is a small Australian company developing tools for people who play Bridge, the card game. Our app development stalled in early 2017 because our then Sri Lankan developer could no longer be contacted. Mind Roots took over from mid-2017 and have done a great job picking up the pieces and progressing our apps to completion on the Apple iOS and Google Android platforms. We have been particularly impressed with their responsiveness and the skillsets of their employees. Communication is via email with our assigned Mind Roots project manager (Manav Suri) who has a team of developers to draw upon. Originally we thought we could produce and complete these apps ourselves, but instead we have arrived at a much more successful division of work: Mind Root manages coding and alpha testing, and My Bridge Tools contributes in the areas of specification, beta testing, documentation and marketing. I had high hopes for this company, I thought I could get the best standards and coding for web page and Apps, but the outcome was a total flop; so unprofessional! Here is our encounter: We gave them a job worth $11,000, and they promised to deliver a web page, Android app, and iOS app within seven months. We waited for 14 months and paid $20.000, and all we got was complete trash. And in all these, instead of an apology or explanation, what we got was unexpected. Right now, they have our money, and it seems we can’t do anything about it. All attempts to retrieve a part of the money via PayPal proved abortive, as Sahil Kohli, claims it cannot be refunded. Besides he also stole one of our projects, we created a design for him, delivered a great domain, and we had the contract signed - documents attached. This is the height or disrespect and lack of professionalism. Mr. Girimer Singh Mann offered him some money to keep his company running when he almost folded up, but he tried to get more from him fraudulently. I know Sahil Kohli will go right into the App store to give our apps bad ratings. However, I have some friends in Google team to help avoid that act. Sahil is apparently set to begin a war which I am ready for. He fraudulently collected AppLancer.com and $18.000. He claims he has expert developers - which is not so true. Their reviews from AppFutural is so poor, they told us about him and several other companies he defrauded. If you have had a bad experience with Sahil Kohli in the past, kindly write me, so we can build a formidable force to hunt him down; even if it means going down to India. Do not be scared to indicate; we can have him nailed together!Beware ofAppLancer.co and Excousia because he is trying to rip people off their hard-earned money through these. My 14 months terrible experience with Exousa Tech and AppLancer is better imagined than experienced. Sadly, he has got so many fake, deceptive reviews on his Fan page and Twitter account; this is how desperate Sahil is! Let us all expose him! Unfortunately, I can’t post image and video evidence here, but I can send them to you when you message me. I am so sure he will come on here with his team of fraudsters to react to this review with his usual lies. Nobody is rating him on Facebook because he will be easily exposed there, so he has blocked all reviews there. 80 to 90 percent reviews from his so-called “fans” are fake. If he declines my request for a refund once more, he should be ready for war!

This Company is totally unprofessional, they dont know about Standards and Coding, not for Webpages and not for Apps. I used this company and I lost thousands of dollars and in the end I dont have a product in my hand, I have to close my company. Exousia Tech also used my Infos and stolen one project called applancer, this company is a real fraud company. Beware of this Team and dont spend your money to this company, you will lose all.
