I found Fluper on Google search and contacted them. After about several months of discussion (they promise the world to you before you give them the project), I gave them my project. Their contract says that they will pay you penalty money if they don’t finish the project. However, they will not finish the project and never give you a penny. The price was close to 8,000 US Dollars. I’m an American start-up company from Silicon Valley. They were supposed to finish my project in about 4 months. However, 1 year later they haven’t even finished one week’s work. They employ low quality developers. They do not have the skills to finish your project. They will not finish your project.

In the exhibit of the contract, we included our design requirements, algorithm flows charts and preliminary wire frames. Over the last year I have been working with Octal Info Solution for an eCommerce site that I had been planning for years. After a lot of research I was lucky to find a review that mentioned Octal as an option. After 6-10 formal quotes received from other developers, I went with Octal for a couple of reasons. First, they were very affordable when compared to some domestic programming options I explored. Second, and perhaps most important, was that the level of professional and expertise they presented far exceeded all of my other options. I'll admit that working with a provider on the other side of the globe initially raised concerns for my investors, my team, and myself. However, the solution they presented, along with the communication helped me ease those fears. As a "part-time" entrepreneur working 50-60 hours per week at my day job, this project took longer than originally estimated. Part of that is due to the 1-day delay for correspondence, but it was also due to my availability to the dev team. Octal was the most affordable but I was also impressed with the detail provided in their proposal. They delivered the product in the timeline they promised and on the budget. The team at Octal did a great job of keeping me informed of progress and reaching out when they needed help clarifying a requirement or proposing a better solution. I continue to use them for additional work.

I have worked with Octal on multiple projects over a 3 year span. I have worked with them on apps, web design, massive projects involving database, web and app rollouts. I have contracted their employees directly for other projects. Through it all I have never been disappointed. Even when I have thought that some massive complexity might be an issue and that certain elements might be lost in translation I have been impressed that it has not been the case.

Do NOT use this company!! They take your money then do NOT finish the job they verbally contracted for. Because they're in India, you have NO recourse if you're U.S. based. I understand this is not unusual with India based I.T. companies. I was told, "Oh, the person I had working on your job quit and I have no one else who can do it". The good reviews on here are probably from their employees!

The team is very supportive and helpful in development advisory aspect. They will try to understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions for us. Also, they are very honest about what they are specialized. They will take tasks they can do. Don't like some of Indian outsourcing companies that cheat to obtain the project opportunities. For those companies, they will always mess you up in the end. Their teammates are also helpful and most of time will put extra effort into tasks too. This is what I really appreciated and they're also highly recommended to someone looking for their profession.
