Excellent results and service for my first two “tasks”! Well-structured using Task2Bill, and provides direct email access to task-assigning-supervisor/customer-relationship-manager to assure satisfactory communication is maintained. Amazingly responsive, considering India is 13 hours ahead of my USA time zone. Hourly rates are only 20% of USA. My first task was very technical, involving the Payment Card Industry scan. My second task involved “fixes” to “presentation” on my site. I’ve got a list of future tasks which I’m now very confident will get accomplished, at a very reasonable cost. I needed a new support service for my website www.buyselldonothing.com because, after 6 years, my original developer went out of business Dec 2019.

1. I struggle to find developers with decent English. Sorry, but that's the truths. Many claim to have "native" level of English, but in reality, it's far from it. In this case, all the developers had amazing English, making communication a breeze. 2. The developers did serious research, in order to finding all the possible repositories, and testing all of them find the best one. 3. I changed my mind a fair few times, and at some point I expected them to snap at me, I was wrong, the team was patient and understanding. Just a delight to work with.4.the developers shared a good amount of photos and videos, in the process. Allowing me to understand the challenges and process.5. I had issues with the way I defined my ad providers, the team jumped in and without hesitation and helped change the settings and configuration to resolve the issue. Total professionals! 6. They have done great work and being a technical person myself I can say that Project management was good, and since they were using Agile Methodology it was even better for me since I personally follow Agile Methodology as well. So, my experience with them in-terms of Project was quite goodEvery week they provided weekly update, everything was properly document for each new feature they used scrum. Though this was quite documented, we used to have calls to explain functions and complexity of it which was something I liked a lot.

They approached our company with all kinds of promises about what they could achieve with our web-site. That was in 2017. They took a lot of money from us and in the end we discovered they could not even size images. They just left us totally in the dark with no web-site...nothing to show for the thousands of dollars we gave them. We suggest you stay well away from them.

I urge everyone: DO NOT USE DIGITAL APTECH PRIVATE LTD for any of your programming needs. Here is my experience: In July 2019, I hired Digital Aptech to build an application for my business. They responded that they could have it built in 6 months. I made my initial payment to them and they began the project. When the 3rd deadline was due, their rep came to me saying “We’ve got half the work finished but there is a delay with the graphics team. We still need to pay the workers, though. Could you go ahead and make the payment?” Like a fool, I obliged.A month later, they sent me an updated file that was unchanged from the end of the second deadline and asked for the fourth payment. While I asked about it, they told me they were still battling delays but would have the fully updated file to me by next week. Reluctantly, I was talked into making the payment. After that, I got nothing. Anytime I reached out to my rep I was told, they would “get me an update next week”. This has continued for 5 months!! They have not provided me a single update, communication, or anything. And, every message I send them is greeted with “Oh, we’ll get you an update next week”. DO NOT USE THEM!!
