As, the IGL Connect App was already there in the customer zone. But it was low rated on app stores with very less no. of users. The reason figured out by our team was poor UI/UX, and a very few services for the customer via app. So their job was to add more services for the customer and improvise UI/UX of the application. Triazine has implemented every feature given in contract such as Apart from enhancement of UI/UX, IGL wanted to add many features such as Appointment Based Meter Reading, Self Billing by the customer himself, CNG Queue Management, Referral program, Loyalty Program such distribution of coupons etc. and improvise UI/UX as well. As an outcome rating of the app on play store improved significantly.
