I was brought into the company to create a product department. Our company needed the Automation of accountant work. As we work with many different customers and provide monthly subscription services, we needed to autome the process of auto invoicing, payment control (auto disabling access to the control panel in payment wasn't made within the set time, payment reminders etc. Everything should have been synced with our bank account so the accountant didn't need to put everything manually. Also We needed to manage the client relations so the same system had to include all the needed features to work with leads successfully. I'm a hard client - I know what I want and I require everything to be done exactly as I want it. And it sometimes created some additional discussions during the development process. But anyway the MakeIT team were professionals and always tried to help me, is some of the features weren't important or were too pricey, they told me so. At the end of the day, much time and efforts are saved in the routine tasks, also we saved a lot of money as we didn't hire the accountant assistant as we planned before. I met some of the Euristiq team in Calgary at the office of a mutual client. I was impressed with their knowledge and depth of experience. We needed Angular front-end developers for complex project we were working on and they were able to find us the developers that we needed. As a startup I was struggling to find a good partner to develop my platform. It was not easy as the foundation was build by someone else. Back in 2008, I was looking for a reliable technical vendor to develop and support an online retail shop of ingredients for cosmetics manufacturing. The project was aimed at providing high standards of service and best practices for working with a narrow segment of clients. It was an eCommerce project from scratch, starting from bare development, content platform adjustment, SEO optimization and initiation of the first sales. I also needed full tech support of the project in the future, including server solutions updates, manager training and support. Regarding their work, I can say that I am happy with our cooperation. I can say that our cooperation has been and still is based on trust. Currently, we’re refactoring a store by moving to more up-to-date technology and design with SoftBlues in September 2019 and this stage is still in progress.
