This has been the biggest mistake I have ever made for my business. Here is the short version (longer version elaborated on below): They did terrible, thoughtless, sloppy work on a simple Wordpress website which it took them SIX MONTHS TO COMPLETE. The social media posts were written in broken English and were obviously written by someone whose first language was not English. and the posts that were in proper English were just copy-pasted from other places on the Internet. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. It is worse than a waste of money, it is a waste of time AND money.I hired ProCreative Writers in July because I wanted someone to handle my SEO and my social media marketing. They said they could do it and then told me that I needed to upgrade my wordpress website. I told them that I did not think that I did, and they said they would do it for free and it would be super functional and slick etc. So I said ok.THREE MONTHS later they still had not even presented me with a finished website. (And my SEO and social media marketing had yet to even start)Then many weeks later they present me with a website that was very much WORSE than my previous site. After more weeks of teeth pulling I got them to fix some of the glaring mistakes in the site. And then it was time for them to post the website to my server.I told them that there were several other websites of mine on that server so don't mess with any of them. Cut to: the next week all of my other websites are down. I was furious. Luckily there were back ups and the situation got resolved, but it is typical of the experience with Procreative Writers. Tell them what not to do and they do it. Tell them what to do and they don't.Then the social media posts start to be presented to me and it is VERY apparent that English is not the first language of the people writing these posts. Sentence fragments and broken English. And I paid them money for this crap!I ask for a partial refund because I am so tired of the runaround and I do not want to spend any more time getting these HACKS to do quality work. They refused. And so I filed a dispute with my credit card compant which is still pending.So then many more weeks go by and I am still waiting for them to finish my website. I try to post a blog to my site like I always had and then I find out that I am locked out of my own website. They give me more runaround and ask me to write my blog post to them and they will post it for me, and they will also give me back access to my own website. A week later they had done neither of those things and so I called the manager of this circus and said they were all fired, and give me access to my site. The manager apologizes up and down (they are good at apologies. They have lots of practice.) She then swears that she is ON IT and everything will be fixed in a week. Cut to: a week later when things are not completed. STILL. I am writing this while waiting for them to finally complete my website. The website I did not need or ask for. And I still have not seen any results from their terrible SEO and SMM.Speaking of the Social media marketing. I was passed on to a new higher-up who also said he was ON IT and there would be no more broken English in my facebook and instagram posts. Well SURPRISE SURPRISE they just presented me with more social media posts with sentence fragments and broken clunky English.THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROCREATIVE WRITERS. They are not Pros, they are not Creative, and they are not Writers. They are hacks and frauds. They will suck your time and money and set you back. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLEThere are many more things I could go on about like the poor customer service and utter lack of professionalism. But I have to let this review end, so I can let this waste of 6 months end. It has been 6 months and I have finally gotten the site they promised me. But I have only had 2 months of the SEO and SMM I paid for 6 months ago. (And remember, a lot of the SMM was in broken English.) So I fired them and asked for a partial refund of the 4 months of SEO and SMM I refused. They said a partial refund was not possible and offered me 6 more months of services I did not want from them. So I went to my credit card company and disputed the charges. Then they were magically able to give me $500 back BUT they wanted me to cancel the dispute first and then they would give me my $. I said no. I told them that I had no reason to trust them and that they must give me my partial refund and then I would cancel the dispute. I have yet to hear back from them. Hiring Procreative writers has been 6 months of frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the headaches. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

Chis said it a process will take 5 to 6 months. after 6 months he started talking about Everypedia I told him I do not know you talking about. he said that is where he will create the account for me. I had told him, no I need you to create my Wikipedia account that what I paid you for. I find out the company is doing that, procreative writers is a scam company. he took my $2,400.00 dollars don't do what he promised. At the beginning of October 2019, I signed up to have 2 E-commerce websites made-GetSetGoWeb salesman (Eric) made deal for $1600 for both. He said in about 6-8 weeks they would be online ready for sales, with support for 3 months for any glitches etc…only hosting fees for each year if I used them for that.I asked them about people searching in Canada vs the states-they said .ca would show up if they were in Canada, and .com if they were in USA. (there was never any mention of extra charges).It took about 5 weeks before they gave me links to demo sites they were working on (template sites - they put a few of my product pictures on) I gave them a lot of product excel files with pictures, prices, products etc….they took another 1-2 weeks, and did almost nothing. I talked a few times with them on the phone, one time they said if more than 500 products they had to charge me $2500 more, also said they needed to charge $2500 more for PHP(almost every website uses this as default as i found out). I said no way, and I’d get back to them. I sent email for a conference call to talk about all the upsells delays etc….on the conference call, it was exactly like a “used car dealership scam” they were starting at 2500 , down to 1500. I said no. They called me 2 days later and said $600, I reluctantly told them ok.I also asked for a detailed invoice-took them over a week to get me one-wasn’t detailed at all, they were charging my credit cards different amounts until a charge went through for them. Then they would tell me about it after, and try to get me to pay the rest.Week after that, I was asking them why all information my bank wanted on websites weren't, why plugins weren’t working etc. (I paid for plugins and updated then all myself) They said they were working on it, takes time etc….then this time, they said they needed an additional $2500 to integrate the banking information (that is supposed to be in their ECommerce contract already) plugins for online payment----that’s when I told them absolutely not, there was never any mention of that at the beginning, and these being ecommerce websites-that should have been a normal part of it!!I sent emails, phoned and threatened to fire them. Got Mark-he sweet talked me, told me no more charges at all etc…website would be awesome very soon, don’t worry etc…..After 7-8 weeks, I was getting really annoyed with the delays on the websites, I told them I wanted full access (on phone and in emails) I told them I wanted to be able to start putting my own products on there as they were too slow. I got nowhere with them, told them they would be fired in a few days if not 100% ready to go very soon.I also told them a few times to buy my .ca and .com domains many, many times. They finally bought 2 domains (.com only) at about 7 weeks. I told them what about the .ca domains? Samantha (project manager) said she was told it would be $600 for those!! ( I researched, and bought both domains from GODaddy for $14.95 for a full year!)They were even trying to get me to spend another $2500 for SEO keywords for indexing and some advertising for 3 months. (google keyword searches) (new website company charges only $100 a month for that)!I sent final email firing them. (advised also to do this from my bank).I do not trust them, scamming me for more money, while just delaying everything on my sites. Both websites are still useless after 8+ weeks. Still in a template latin format that will take months to sort out.Record everything, take screenshots if you even think of using this company!

This company will not stop contacting me. The communications are riddled with grammatical errors. Calls come from people whose native language in not English. Text come in on Thanksgiving at dinner time, Christmas Eve at dinner time, Christmas Day, New Year's Even and New Year's Day at 5 a.m. among other times. I ask them to stop contacting me and they refuse. I email them and ask and an email is returned from Vox Ghost writing. Employee Brian CAbrel just told me they use a bunch of names. 360, Noble Vox, Professional Ghostwriting. I would recommend not using these services and find real writers.

I was talked into the resume writing and Linkedin optimization. I'll would have given the resume service a 2* for their efforts, but their Linkedin "optimization" was terrible. If I had known what the process would be like, I would have never signed up for either of their services. My goal here is to provide you insight on what their process is like. They start the resume writing process by having someone talk to you for a short time, then they will ask you to provide them with some materials to go off of. After that they will provide you with a first draft, then heavily rely on you "reviewing" their drafts over and over again until you're happy with it. Basically, they take a crummy shot at your resume then make you write the rest. In my experience I thought my resume first draft was awful. It was apparent there are template phrases used and frankensteined together. Some of the sentences didn’t make sense and were grossly exaggerated. Some sentences were not changed at all. So from there I told them what kind of issues I had, but their corrections showed less effort than their first draft. I basically wrote my own resume from there because I had to suggest all the edits… Then on to the Linkedin optimization. In order to optimize your Linkedin, you need to provide them your password. Yes, I know I could change my password but I simply didn’t trust them. Especially after seeing how carefree they were with the resume portion. So I told them that I would make the changes myself and asked them to tell me what changes they would have made. Literally they provided me a word doc of my resume to copy and paste onto my Linkedin account. I dont know anyone who copies and pastes their resume onto their Linkedin. I checked, none of their employees do this either. Their website states that there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was definitely not satisfied and asked for a refund just on the Linkedin portion since I thought that would be fair… I ended with a resume that I wrote but whatever, I figure I will pay for their poor resume writing services. They're not honoring their 100% satisfaction guarantee and wont be refunding this portion. In my eyes this is a poor service and they falsely advertise their assurances.
