BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY We require a 20% booking deposit which is refundable against your appointment, however it is non refundable on any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice. deposits can be made by phone at 02891888524 where your details are securly stored on your personal consultation file. if you make appointments and have not paid a deposit to hold this booking we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. We will contact you once with in 24hrs of working days to request a deposit however if we have been unsucessful in reaching you and you do not return the call we will cancel your booking immediately.
