We Say So Contact Centers is a young and fresh company, led by a management team with a passion for telemarketing. Since 2006, not a large bell factory, but a very personal atmosphere. Everyone knows each other, young and old, in a cozy office. There is always time for a chat, but everyone is dedicated to work. We handle customer contact for clients who choose to outsource this to a party that specializes in this and can handle customer contact at the highest possible level. We have been doing this successfully since 2006 with the greatest passion and dedication to create the best possible customer experience. Call agents are central to the organization. They are the driving force behind the organization, who must ensure that the maximum is achieved from every customer contact. This translates into constant support of the callers on the call floor and regular training. Agents are stimulated as much as possible by responsibilities to create the highest possible level of involvement, loyalty and commitment.
