Founded in 2005, Pivotal (formerly known as RMS Group Services) was formed out of a growing opportunity within the cash services market for a quality client focused service provider. The companys refreshing approach was highly received within the retail and hospitality sectors and with growing confidence expanded into supporting financial services. Operating initially from one branch in Belfast the company has now grown to have eight centres servicing the UK and Ireland. Our expansion strategy has been client led both within our footprint and our innovation of transactional services.
