The client is a second-hand car trader that provides valuations for motor-trade of cars in barns to give them a trade valuation.  Reliantekk IT Services was involved in developing an Android app for the client along with a website which will be developed once the client gets the license and approvals for the business in U.K. The project was finished a couple of weeks earlier than the committed time and also within the specified budget. It’s a complicated platform that ingests data from multiple sources (XML and CSV feeds), some of which produce contradictory information about the same real-life phenomena.The chief functionality is to merge these reports into a clear, unified picture of a single event. The system automatically generates textual descriptions of these, though we also have complete flexibility to make edits.Because much of the data is processed manually by our operators, we needed an intuitive UI to ensure a smooth workflow and cut down on operating costs.We hold a weekly executive video conference with the Business analyst and project manager looking to our project. They manage their team very well and higher-level employees step in if necessary. We also use email and a Slack channel to connect remote team members and they respond very quickly.The level of communication has been excellent. We have a very complicated set-up, so on some levels, I understand the challenges. Overall, they have performed well and the team has been impressed by them.They are strong listeners. The team was logical and calm during the development process.

SITSL proposed the existing website couldn’t be enhanced, so they developed and designed a new website based on our logo and branding guidelines. They built it with an effective content architecture and gave suggestions on what type of additional content was needed. They also provide SEO services and showed us how to optimize lead generation. They’re specific in their process of developing a functionality that gives customers the ability to post comments and interact with us through a portal.I was a little nervous to work with an international company in different time zones. That’s never been an issue, and they’re always very responsive to both email and Skype. They post all of their progress in Base camp and meet every benchmark to our standards.

My experience with this company so far has been very favourable. What I particularly like about this company, is that they are proactive in clarifying what is needed and ensuring a good understanding of the problem at hand. In the past, I have experienced other developers who have said they understand what is wanted but in truth they did not fully grasp the scope of the issues. But these guys are different in that they have excellent verbal English, so are happy to initiate a phone call via skype to ensure we are all on the same page. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I would certainly recommend.

This is the worst software company ever!Here are some issues you will encounter if you are take a chance to work with them:1. They will tell you all the nice things you want to here to get the bid especially if you are going through Freelancer.2. They don't adhere to the contract and do whatever they want. In my case, there were items listed in the contract but they then came back saying its too much work and that they will need more money to do it.Two of my major modules that I needed done was not done.3. They will promise you timelines which never materialises. In my case, they promised me 45days but took over a year and still only delivered 50% of the site along with some malfunctions.4. All they care about it money and not the work.5. They switched developers and project managers on me about 6 times and they don't seem to communicate with each other. I constantly found myself repeating the same conversation about 100 times. I don't know if it due to language barier but I even created a google document to make the expectations clear but they didn't follow through.6. I have lost time, money and a lot of business opportunities because of their constant lies.7. They don't even test the product before handing it over. I found a lot of bugs even after what they delivered and they refuse to fix unless I pay them extra money which is extortion. They promised to provide support for 3mths after the project is done but they just flat out refuse because they need money.8. The CEO never returns e-mails or phone calls but he sent me just one e-mail with all these promises. The workers are disgruntled because he neer pays them on time which affects the way the do their work.WARNING!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS....IF GOOGLE ALLOWED ME TO RATE THEM 0, THAT'S WHAT THEY WILL GET.CROOKS!!!
