I took services from one of their full-stack Developers for over 5 months co-developing a web-application in Angular 4/5 + Node (Kao). Overall, everything was very productive, we finished the the project in-time with best practices of test-driven development and continuous integration. All through out, proper version control was practiced.I have had times when requirements were ambiguous, the developer took sensible design decisions without guidance and we never lost momentum on the development.The developer learnt new technologies fast, implemented solutions as close to specs, and wherever needed improvised and documented differences.The management team is very responsive and courteous. The pricing model and terms of engagement were very reasonable.

Company was tasked with development of a brand new site based on WordPress. Company was provided another reference site and old site location on WordPress.com. New site was developed timely. Only improvement could have been that new site should have been developed from scratch. The developer copied the old site and as a result some bad code and old template from the old site on WordPress.com remains in the new site. It was not a big deal, but was only apparant when someone technical customizes the site, without asking the developer for help.

I was wary about engaging an offshore software development company when I first spoke to John from Arya. I have worked with other offshore software development companies before and have never been satisfied with the result i.e. delays, low quality etc.With Arya, I am pleasantly surprised and am very happy with the results! Our customers came to us wanting VerifyTX to integrate with their Salesforce. Instead of doing custom integrations for each customer, we decided to build an app on the Salesforce app exchange, and hired Cyntexa to do the work. I mostly interfaced with Vaibhav Vyas, Business Development Manager for Cyntexa. Sometimes I would speak with Sonyia (developer).Vaibhav is great. Very hard worker, excellent communication, and typically turns builds around quickly. We typically have the scope of the projects documented with explainer videos, and Cyntexa does a great job building exact what we need.What did you find most impressive about this company?Vaibhav's communication and the quality of the development work.

This is the worst software company ever!Here are some issues you will encounter if you are take a chance to work with them:1. They will tell you all the nice things you want to here to get the bid especially if you are going through Freelancer.2. They don't adhere to the contract and do whatever they want. In my case, there were items listed in the contract but they then came back saying its too much work and that they will need more money to do it.Two of my major modules that I needed done was not done.3. They will promise you timelines which never materialises. In my case, they promised me 45days but took over a year and still only delivered 50% of the site along with some malfunctions.4. All they care about it money and not the work.5. They switched developers and project managers on me about 6 times and they don't seem to communicate with each other. I constantly found myself repeating the same conversation about 100 times. I don't know if it due to language barier but I even created a google document to make the expectations clear but they didn't follow through.6. I have lost time, money and a lot of business opportunities because of their constant lies.7. They don't even test the product before handing it over. I found a lot of bugs even after what they delivered and they refuse to fix unless I pay them extra money which is extortion. They promised to provide support for 3mths after the project is done but they just flat out refuse because they need money.8. The CEO never returns e-mails or phone calls but he sent me just one e-mail with all these promises. The workers are disgruntled because he neer pays them on time which affects the way the do their work.WARNING!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS....IF GOOGLE ALLOWED ME TO RATE THEM 0, THAT'S WHAT THEY WILL GET.CROOKS!!!
