I found Fluper on Google search and contacted them. After about several months of discussion (they promise the world to you before you give them the project), I gave them my project. Their contract says that they will pay you penalty money if they don’t finish the project. However, they will not finish the project and never give you a penny. The price was close to 8,000 US Dollars. I’m an American start-up company from Silicon Valley. They were supposed to finish my project in about 4 months. However, 1 year later they haven’t even finished one week’s work. They employ low quality developers. They do not have the skills to finish your project. They will not finish your project.

It is NOTHING like I specified,. they ask to accept "Milestones" but that doesn't show the operating product. they have received MANY e-mails requesting contact. I have e-mailed everyone from the sales person in the project I was working on to HR to inquiry and even the CEO Do NOT do business with this company. they say they'll refund 1105 of the money. they won't even reply to messages, or e-mail.

In the exhibit of the contract, we included our design requirements, algorithm flows charts and preliminary wire frames. RipenApps quickly provided draft wire frames and revised them per our multiple rounds of input. From there, RipenApps provided draft screenshots and revised them per our multiple rounds of input. After that, RipenApps began coding and provided us with a test version. We worked closely with the RipenApps team to test and debug the app. Through RipenApps' Basecamp account, we were able to share and receive documents and feedback among all team members from both sides. We implemented weekly design calls, which were followed by Basecamp messages and updates throughout the week. We were most impressed with RipenApps’ integrity. We have been working for a while with SimbirSoft to develop a web application named “Financial Absolute” for the Summer camp for children. As Qiwi provides international payment services, we are interested in educating children in terms of managing finances. That’s why we decided to create this game. This project was complex and interesting at the same time. We had a tight deadline - only a month to develop an application with a game panel for children and an administration panel for game technicians. In a nutshell, children were grouped into “families”, received regular payments, bills, bought goods and got “points of happiness”. The goal of this game is to become the happiest family at the camp. SimbirSoft did their best to develop this game. It seemed impossible to create the application for one month but their team successfully managed to do it! Moreover, they met a halfway between our Qiwi team and the game designers to determine the set of features that is enough to make the game interesting for the campers and launch it in time. The SimbirSoft team is really great at what they do.

AddyPin - Consagous team overall rating is mostly on the very good side, they need a strong Product/Project Manager to get things going right and I myself could get very good quality, but that was mostly at the cost of time where I had to be resourceful, explain often more than once where and how to solve problems. The team need to be more focused, diligent, and enhance their communication. Time wasted on repeated jobs could be reduced by at least third if more focus and proactivity is considered. The way from Good to Great is not far for them."First Generation Farmers" - I had the pleasure to work with Consagous on the second project after a web-app. FGF project was a total makeover for an agriculture website using WP theme. The team was very good at accommodating constantly changing requirements and building what was not part of the original theme. I would definitely work with them again on my next venture

Have been with Brainvire for over a year. Best decision we ever made. They handle our Digital marketing and website administration; which was being handled by 2 different US companies. My biggest concern was the time difference to the US, but this has not been a problem. They make themselves available almost 24/7.

Over the last year I have been working with Octal Info Solution for an eCommerce site that I had been planning for years. After a lot of research I was lucky to find a review that mentioned Octal as an option. After 6-10 formal quotes received from other developers, I went with Octal for a couple of reasons. First, they were very affordable when compared to some domestic programming options I explored. Second, and perhaps most important, was that the level of professional and expertise they presented far exceeded all of my other options. I'll admit that working with a provider on the other side of the globe initially raised concerns for my investors, my team, and myself. However, the solution they presented, along with the communication helped me ease those fears. As a "part-time" entrepreneur working 50-60 hours per week at my day job, this project took longer than originally estimated. Part of that is due to the 1-day delay for correspondence, but it was also due to my availability to the dev team. Additionally, I was extremely thankful for the flexibility that they displayed in working with a non-technical guy such as myself. Overall, I would certainly recommend Octal Info Solution for anyone considering a build that requires technical assistance. They truly have been indispensable for the progression of my business from a concept to a tangible product, and I am excited to have this company by my side as I enter the market.

I have worked with Octal on multiple projects over a 3 year span. I have worked with them on apps, web design, massive projects involving database, web and app rollouts. I have contracted their employees directly for other projects. Through it all I have never been disappointed. Even when I have thought that some massive complexity might be an issue and that certain elements might be lost in translation I have been impressed that it has not been the case.

Do NOT use this company!! They take your money then do NOT finish the job they verbally contracted for. Because they're in India, you have NO recourse if you're U.S. based. I understand this is not unusual with India based I.T. companies. I was told, "Oh, the person I had working on your job quit and I have no one else who can do it". The good reviews on here are probably from their employees!

The team is very supportive and helpful in development advisory aspect. They will try to understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions for us. Also, they are very honest about what they are specialized. They will take tasks they can do. Don't like some of Indian outsourcing companies that cheat to obtain the project opportunities. For those companies, they will always mess you up in the end. Their teammates are also helpful and most of time will put extra effort into tasks too. This is what I really appreciated and they're also highly recommended to someone looking for their profession.
