We were looking for a way to update people who come to the site about news, new blog posts, products, etc. I work with multiple clients besides on my own site and this has been a constant problem. I always have to add something manually to the homepage and essentially redesign a banner or section to include new information. Beamer allows me to add updates for anything on my clients’ sites without the effort of changing the homepage or anything else. It blends effortlessly into the interface and it’s easy to create really cool updates with the plugin; no coding necessary. My clients can even create updates themselves without my help. We’ve seen much improved engagement since using Beamer.

I don’t think vendors should try to force people to leave reviews and I also think they should not spam the admin area with constant nag screens that even return when you use a nag blocker. I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but if I have to to get rid of the nag: Overall I like this tool. I don’t like – the branding (unless you pay a ridiculous price) – that the branding forces a backlink – that “share to social media” doesn’t help me but only beamer because it uses their handle – that the zapier integration is buggy at the most. Posts on LinkedIn are faulty and embarassing I feel the spam thing is a common theme. From admin nag to “can we send you notifications” on their website and from social media posts that use their handle to forced backlinks.

Exactly what I was looking for and very simple to use. I had to put a custom script to use this feature on my previous theme and when I changed it, I tried to copy and paste the code into my new theme and it kept showing errors. I tried editing it but no luck. That’s when I came up on this. Works just like advertised! Thank you!
